How to Use : Apply the vial-breaker to the head of the vial and with a firm movement break at the level of the marked ring. Remove the broken part and place the dispensing dropper on the neck of the open vial. Dispense half the contents into the palm of the hand and distribute over the areas affected by cellulite and water retention, massaging with circular movements until completely absorbed. Follow with the BODY STRATEGIST CELLULITE ROUTINE. Keep the remaining half of the ampoule for the next treatment, use within 3 days.

Returns Policy for BLC Cosmetics Pty Ltd
BLC Cosmetics Pty Ltd will endeavour to accommodate reasonable product returns and exchanges, subject to the conditions outlined below.
General Conditions:
- All return requests must be submitted within the applicable time frame and emailed to customerservice@blccosmetics.com, including photographs of the item(s) and a valid reason.
- Returns will only be accepted for retail, professional, and equipment products purchased directly from BLC Cosmetics Pty Ltd.
- All returns are accepted at the sole discretion of BLC Cosmetics Pty Ltd.
Returns Timeframes:
- Change of Mind or Incorrectly Ordered Items (Customer Error)
- Products ordered incorrectly on the BLC Professional Site may be returned within 14 days of receiving the order.
- Returns must be unopened, in saleable condition, and securely packaged.
- The customer is responsible for the cost and arrangement of return shipping.
- Credit will be issued to the customer’s account upon inspection of returned items.
- If returned items are received damaged in transit, no credit will be issued.
- Faulty or Damaged Items (BLC Error or Transit Damage)
- Claims for faulty items or products damaged in transit must be made within 7 days of receiving the order.
- Photographic evidence is required.
- Items will be replaced or credited at BLC’s discretion.
- Products returned due to a fault or reaction must be at least 50% full for evaluation.
- Returns Outside the Standard Window
- Products returned or reported as faulty more than 90 days after the purchase date will not be eligible for return, replacement, or credit.
- This includes issues related to packaging functionality (e.g. pump mechanisms) or product performance.
- Exceptions may be made at BLC Cosmetics' sole discretion; however, due to the inability to verify storage conditions (such as temperature, humidity, and exposure), returns outside the 90-day window will generally not be accepted.
Non-Returnable Items:
- Testers, samples, and promotional or collateral items
- Clearance, sale, promotional, imperfects and limited-edition items
- Pre-orders (all pre-orders are final and cannot be cancelled)
Other Conditions:
- Products returned due to a client reaction will be replaced, not credited.
- Products returned due to a product fault will be replaced, not credited.
- Incorrect items received due to a BLC packing error will be replaced or credited.
- Equipment returns are subject to warranty conditions:
- In-warranty: Repairs will be assessed once returned in appropriate packaging.
- Out-of-warranty: Repairs may be arranged at the customer’s cost, including shipping to/from repairers.
- BLC is not responsible for items damaged in transit when being returned to us.

BLC Cosmetics endeavours to use the most efficient shipping companies and couriers.
- Shipping Charges
All orders over AU$2,000 including GST will be shipped free of charge. All other orders will be charged AU$19.80 for standard shipping.
- Shipment Tracking
Once the shipment is dispatched from our warehouse, tracking details will be available on our site under Account > Orders. Please refer to the BLC Pro Site ‘Invoices’ to download your invoice.
Please contact the couriers directly for any queries relating to the estimated delivery time of your shipment.
Due to transport restrictions, we are unable to ship pressurised or flammable items by air. As a result, orders containing fragrance, nail and aerosol products must be delivered via road freight.
- Authority to leave without signature
Our couriers will deliver collecting a signature as a default. Redelivery charges may apply if the delivery cannot be made on the first attempt.
