How to use:

Active Ingredients:
5% Glycolic Acid: A type of Alpha Hydroxy Acid, glycolic acid works to exfoliate and brighten the appearance of skin tone and texture. It has a small molecular size to penetrate deep into the dermis and also acts like a delivery vehicle for other ingredients.
Licorice Extract: Its soothing and brightening properties work to improve the appearance of dark spots and the visible signs of aging.
Silk Proteins: The natural amino acid and lipid oil content bind moisture, improving skin clarity, radiance and texture.
Glycerin: A powerful humectant that works to draw and bind moisture from the air into the surface levels of the skin, helping to maintain moisture balance.

Returns Policy for BLC Cosmetics Pty Ltd
BLC Cosmetics Pty Ltd will endeavour to accommodate reasonable product returns and exchanges, subject to the conditions outlined below.
General Conditions
- All return requests must be submitted within the applicable timeframe to customerservice@blccosmetics.com, including:
- Photographs of the item(s)
- A clear reason for the return
- Returns will only be accepted for products purchased directly from BLC Cosmetics Pty Ltd
- All returns are assessed and approved at the sole discretion of BLC Cosmetics Pty Ltd
Returns Timeframes
Change of Mind or Incorrectly Ordered Items (Customer Error)
- Must be requested within 14 days of receiving the order
- Products must be:
- Unopened
- In saleable condition
- Securely packaged
- The customer is responsible for return shipping costs back to BLC
Outcome:
- Account credit issued upon inspection
Important:
- No credit will be issued for items damaged in transit when being returned
Faulty or Damaged Items (BLC Error or Transit Damage)
- Must be reported within 7 days of receiving the order
- Photographic evidence is required
Outcome:
- Replacement or credit at BLC’s discretion
Product Reactions
Products reviewed due to a client reaction are not automatically considered faulty.
All cases are subject to internal review and assessment.
To be eligible for review:
- Supporting information may be requested, including:
- Description of reaction
- Photos (where available)
- Confirmation of the consultation process followed
Outcome:
- Replacement may be offered at BLC’s discretion
- Credits or refunds are not issued as the responsibility for managing the end consumer, including refunds, sits with the salon or clinic
Confirmed Product Fault
Where a product is confirmed to be faulty by BLC and/or the brand:
- Product must be at least 50% full
Outcome:
- Replacement only (no credit or refund)
Returns Outside the Standard Window
- Products returned or reported more than 30 days after purchase are not eligible for return, replacement, or credit
This includes:
- Packaging issues (e.g. pumps)
- Product performance concerns
Exceptions:
- May be considered at BLC’s discretion
- Generally, not accepted due to inability to verify storage conditions
Non-Returnable Items
- Testers, samples, and promotional items
- Clearance, sale, imperfect, or limited-edition items
- Pre-orders (final sale, no cancellations)
Other Conditions
- Incorrect items supplied by BLC will be replaced or credited
- BLC is not responsible for items damaged in transit when being returned
Equipment Returns
Equipment is covered under warranty conditions:
- In-warranty:
- Assessed and repaired upon return
- Out-of-warranty:
- Repairs arranged at the customer’s cost, including shipping

1. Shipping Times
Please allow up to 2 business days for your order to be processed and dispatched from our warehouse.
BLC Cosmetics endeavours to use the most efficient shipping companies and couriers.
2. Shipping Charges
All orders will be charged AUD $22.20 for standard domestic shipping within Australia.
3. New Zealand Shipping Charges
All orders under AUD $1,000 will be charged AUD $50 for shipping. All orders AUD $1,000 or more will be charged AUD $100 for shipping.
4. Shipment Tracking
Once the shipment is dispatched from our warehouse, tracking details will be available on our site under Account > Orders. Please refer to the BLC Pro Site ‘Invoices’ to download your invoice.
Please contact the couriers directly for any queries relating to the estimated delivery time of your shipment.
Due to transport restrictions, we are unable to ship pressurised or flammable items by air. As a result, orders containing fragrance, nail and aerosol products must be delivered via road freight.
- Authority to leave without signature
Our couriers will deliver collecting a signature as a default. Redelivery charges may apply if the delivery cannot be made on the first attempt.
